Our Story
Chabad of New Hampshire was established in 1989, to serve the Jewish community of New Hampshire. Chabad of New Hampshire is a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of affiliation or prior level of knowledge. Its sole purpose is to create a warm, welcoming environment to explore and experience Judaism's warm and relevant spiritual inspirations in a non-judgmental and inviting atmosphere.
Since its inception, Chabad of New Hampshire strives to meet the needs of the community with religious services, and social events, as well as an array of programming including: Hebrew School, CTeen, Jewish Womens Circle, Adult Education, Rosh Chodesh Society etc.
Chabad of New Hampshire is a local, independent and financially self-supporting entity. Every dollar that we receive comes from the generosity of people like you. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are fully tax deductible.
Meet the Krinsky's
Rabbi Levi and Shternie Krinsky moved to Manchester and founded Chabad of New Hampshire in 1989.
Prior to moving to Manchester, Rabbi Levi Krinsky grew up in Brooklyn, NY before pursuing studies in Jewish thought and practice in Boston and Montreal, and received his rabbinical ordination in New York. His infectious optimism and joyful personality drives his commitment and dedication to his community.
Shternie Krinsky was born and raised in Brooklyn as well and is an educator, teaching classes for women. She also has exquisite taste which shines through all the events at Chabad she plans.
